The Problem

While tuition costs have stabilized, housing costs have exploded. The average student spends 55% of their budget on rent, forcing many to work full-time jobs that detract from their studies, leading to lower GPAs and higher dropout rates.

Our Solution

Inspired by the PadSplit framework, we utilize a room-by-room rental model. This allows us to increase density in existing housing stock, driving down the cost per bed significantly while increasing the quality of life through shared amenities and community support.
